Li Shimin, Emperor Taizong of Tang, was the descendant of Laozi, Li Er. He inherited Laozi’s bliss and thus had a good ending. However, although he did good things when he was the emperor, he did many evil things as well. Evil cannot be deducted by good. After falling into hell, he met with his sister, who was possessed by Master Wu Ren
(Shenzhen).
He told Master that he fell into hell
and asked for salvation.
He thanked the Master.
The Master asked for the reason of thanking him.
He said that the Master printed ten thousand sets of The Governing Principles of Ancient China (Confucianism)
and that merit helped him.
